Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 18:45-07:15, three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend coverage. Floating to other units may be required based on operational needs and skill set.

Highlights:

• Specialized stroke and TIA unit with higher acuity medical-surgical patients
• 1:6 nurse-to-patient staffing ratio on night shift
• Epic EMR system with Omnicell medication dispensing
• 30-bed inpatient unit with strong focus on patient experience and quality care
• Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and social services
• 24 hours of paid orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required (no first-time travelers)
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratios preferred
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Competency in stroke/neurological care, telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, wound care, peritoneal dialysis, continuous bladder irrigation, and managing complex medical-surgical patients
