  • Maintain website, records management, track expenses, create reports (Excel skills required), draft and proofread documents, and book travel arrangements.
  • Use Zoom and other technology to support virtual training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of administrative experience (legal, nonprofit, or association background a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and an eye for anticipating needs.
  • Self-starter and excellent communicator who works well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, tables).
  • Comfortable with technology, including Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization supporting the justice system.
  • Work in a collaborative, professional environment where your contributions matter.
  • Enjoy variety in your work—from office administration to conference coordination.
  • WAPA offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holiday, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full time employees and their dependents.
  • This position will remain open until filled. Submit a cover letter and resume to Rachel Grettum at rachelgrettum@waprosecutors.org , or by mail to PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98507.
