Of Counsel Attorney - Contested Probate Specialist Monteforte Law, a successful Estate Planning and Elder Law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as Of Counsel, with a focus on contested probate cases. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to collaborate with us in providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We will supply a steady caseload of contested probate matters to work on. With an Of Counsel relationship, you are able to maintain a degree of professional independence and flexibility in managing your practice. We also specialize in Wills, Trusts, asset protection, wealth preservation, MassHealth/Medicaid applications, probate, and other areas of elder law such as guardianship and conservatorship. What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, with a focus on contested probate matters. Someone who is compassionate, as elder law is sensitive work. Someone who truly enjoys talking with and helping people. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
